What does the CHF 495 MVP include?

A working, tightly scoped MVP and a blueprint. We agree scope and acceptance criteria before starting. For example, an enquiry form and admin list, not a full booking, payment or membership system.

How do delivery hours, Care and AI features differ?

Work Pass covers agreed development work. Website Care and Website AI Features are separate subscriptions. We agree Website Care's scope and any third-party costs upfront. AI subscriptions are available at tropikal.ai.

Who do I contract with, and where is data processed?

Your contracting entity is TROPIKAL LLC, a Wyoming company serving Swiss businesses and other customers. Core platform and managed AI infrastructure are hosted in Switzerland. Third-party services may process data elsewhere; see Privacy and Security.
